Morgan Heeke, Polyethylene Market Developer  Currently Morgan has focus on agricultural film, thick liner, & industrial film applications. She started her career at ExxonMobil in 2018 as a Polyethylene account manager and has held various roles. Prior to joining ExxonMobil Morgan held several account manager roles for 3M across various business lines.     Mauricio Leano, Americas Technology Principal for Customer & Application Development  Mauricio has 22 years, being co-inventor of several patents and author of several internal and external publications. Mauricio's role is to provide technical leadership for Agricultural Films & Think Liners.     The team’s focus is to help drive innovation powered by the high performance PE platforms from EM by collaborating globally with the value chain of the protected agriculture industry to help bring value growth and offer sustainability benefits (e.g. incorporation of recycled content & doowngauging) with sustainability. Currently, partnering with customers, additive suppliers, OEMs, brand owners, end-users and internal teams within EM to develop the next generation of PE resins and structures for films to be used in silo-bags, silage-stretch, fumigation, mulch, & greenhouse.
