b) 590 factories or 66% were found with rule violations during inspection
c) 383 factories found production suspended

e) 349 factories have been put under investigation on rule violations
f) 871 violation items identified totally on the 349 factories

Factories with rule violations found will have import permit applications suspended for one year.
